One of the best things you can do when you want to upgrade your nursing career is to go back to school and study for more qualifications. This is why you can speak to your manager or nurse leader about where you want your career to go. They will be able to help you, perhaps practically by showing you what to do, and perhaps in a more advisory role, helping you to see what your options are.
